A copy of the proposed application is on file with the Planning Department and may be viewed at Town Hall during normal business hours, at www.kitteryme.gov or by emailing acausey@kitteryme.org. All interested persons are invited to attend the public hearing in person or remotely as instructed above and will be given an opportunity to be heard at the hearing or submit public comments via email to acausey@kitteryme.org in advance of the meeting or during the public hearing


Pursuant to §16.9.3 Shoreland Development Review of the Town of Kittery Land Use and Development Code, the Kittery Planning Board shall hold a public hearing on July 28, 2022 at 6 pm in Town Council Chambers, 200 Rogers Road, Kittery, concerning a shoreland development plan application from owner/applicant Nicolas and Amy Mercier requesting approval to construct a seawall located within the base zone setback of the Shoreland Overlay Zone located on real property with the address of 134 Whipple Road, Tax Map 10, Lot 6A, in the Residential-Urban (R-U) Zone and the Shoreland (SL-OZ-250) Overlay Zone.
