NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Board of Assessment Review
July 28, 2021 – 4:00 PM
Kittery Town Hall -Council Chambers

The public may submit public comments for the Public Hearing agenda item via email, US Mail, or by dropping written comments in the Drop Box outside the Town Hall entrance. Emailed comments should be sent to TownComments@kitteryme.org.
Comments received by noon on the day of the meeting will be posted online with the agenda, and may be read into the record by the Board Chair.
Application information is available for public inspection between 8:00 am to 6:00 pm Monday through Thursday at the Planning and Development Department located in Town Hall.

The Kittery Board of Assessment Review will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, July 28, 2021 at 4:00 PM at the Kittery Town Hall - Council Chambers, 200 Rogers Road, to consider the following:

·         Application of Jonathan Shafmaster, 284 US Route 1, Kittery, ME 03904 (Tax Map 31, Lot 6) for an appeal of real commercial property assessment.

·         Application of F/C Kittery Development LLC, 375 US Route 1, Kittery, ME 03904 (Tax Map 47, Lot 4) for an appeal of real commercial property assessment.

·         Application of F/C Kittery Development LLC, 318 US Route 1, Kittery, ME 03904 (Tax Map 38, Lot 13A) for an appeal of real commercial property assessment.

·         Application of Ripley Road Associates LLC, 294 US Route 1, Kittery, ME 03904 (Tax Map 38, Lot 14) for an appeal of real commercial property assessment.

·         Application of CPG Kittery Holdings LLC, 345 US Route 1, Kittery, ME 03904 (Tax Map 47, Lot 1) for an appeal of real commercial property assessment.

·         Application of CPG Finance II LLC, 325 US Route 1, Kittery, ME 03904 (Tax Map 38, Lot 7) for an appeal of real commercial property assessment.
