Pepperrell Road Repair Work Scheduled - June 15 and June 16

The Kittery Public Works Department will be repairing a road culvert on Pepperrell Road, in the area of Keen Avenue beginning next week.  Crews will begin setting up equipment on Monday, June 15, 2020 between 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM.  The repair work is scheduled to begin on Tuesday, June 16, 2020 between 7:30 AM - 5:00 PM, with a contingency date of Wednesday, June 17, 2020 if materials are delayed.

Drivers should expect minor delays Monday and Tuesday, as there will be alternating one-way traffic through the construction zone.  Equipment operation and construction within the confines of roadways is very difficult and safety is always a concern. Please be sure to drive slowly and carefully through the work area to ensure the safety of other drivers, as well as our staff.
