Nomination Papers for the Town Council and School Board Election on November 8, 2022 - Due August 8th (UPDATED)

Nomination papers for TWO (2) Town Council and THREE (3) School Committee seats are available at the Town Clerks’ office, located at 200 Rogers Road, Kittery, Maine.

Nomination papers may be obtained Monday through Thursday from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM and must be returned to the Town Clerk by 6:00 PM on August 8, 2022. Candidates must meet all the qualifications for that office.

Anyone who wishes to be considered as a declared write-in candidate, must file a declaration of write-in candidacy with the Town Clerk, by 6:00 PM on Thursday, September 1, 2022.  To download the declared write-in candidacy form, please click here.
