Hazardous Waste Service Update - Kittery Resource Recovery Facility

The Town is pleased to resume hazardous waste collection on Wednesdays at the Kittery Resource Recovery Facility.

The KRRF’s new schedule is as follows (changes in bold):

Household trash and recycling

• Monday: Closed
• Tuesday: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• Wednesday: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• Thursday: Closed to the public to allow staff time to process waste and recycling materials
• Friday: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• Saturday: 7:15 AM - 3:15 PM
• Sunday: Closed

Hazardous Waste

• Wednesday: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• Saturday: 7:15 AM - 3:15 PM
• Closed all other days
