Absentee Voting Update - Monday, November 2, 2020

The Presidential and State/Town Election will take place on Tuesday, November 3, 2020 from 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM at the Kittery Community Center Gymnasium, located at 120 Rogers Road, Kittery, ME 03904.

Due to deadlines related to election law, the option to request an absentee ballot for the November 3, 2020 Election is no longer available. Municipal clerks may not accept requests for absentee ballots after the Thursday before Election Day, except under special circumstances. Please contact the Town Clerk if you believe that your absentee ballot request is allowed due to special circumstances.

Completed absentee ballots may be returned using the secure drop box outside of Town Hall, located at 200 Rogers Road, until 6:00 PM on Monday, November 2, 2020.  

After the close of business on Monday, all absentee ballots must be returned directly to the polls between 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM on Election Day, Tuesday, November 3, 2020.
