Request for Proposals - Recodification of Town Code Title 16

The Town of Kittery is currently accepting proposals from qualified firms with expertise in zoning and subdivision regulations to lead a process resulting in the preparation of a new Land Use and Development Code for the Town.  This Request for Proposals is being released on June 14, 2018.

Responses received will be opened by the Director of Planning and Development, Adam Causey on Thursday, July 12, 2018 at 2:00pm (EDT) at Town Hall located at 200 Rogers Road, Kittery, Maine 03904.  Questions regarding this Request for Proposal should be directed to Adam at acausey@kitteryme.org.  Responses received after the submission deadline will not be accepted by the Town.
