Public Hearing Notice - Town Council - 8/27/18

The Kittery Town Council will hold public hearings on Monday August 27, 2018 at 6:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers, 200 Rogers Road, Kittery, Maine, to consider the following:

• To approve and ordain an amendment to Title 2- Recreation Department.
• To approve a multi-year agreement for a Public Safety Answering Point service with the Town of York, Maine.
• To approve an application from Red Rover, LLC. for a Victualer’s License for Red Rover at 76 Wallingford Square, Kittery, Maine.
• To approve an application from Water Street Inn, LLC. for a Victualer’s License for Water Street Inn, LLC at 6 Water Street, Kittery, Maine.
• To approve the Comprehensive Plan Referendum language to be placed on the November 6th, 2018 ballot.
• To transfer appropriations between accounts and carry forward funds in accordance with Sec. 6.09 (4) of the Kittery Town Charter.
• To approve an application from Delta Amusement Inc., for a Special Activity Amusement Permit for Navy Yard Bar + Billiard at 182 State Road, Kittery, Maine.
