PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE

The Kittery Town Council will hold public hearings on Monday, March 26, 2018, at 6:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers, 200 Rogers Road, to consider the following:

• To approve an application from The View at Pepperrell Cove LLC, 88 Pepperrell Road, Kittery Point, ME 03905 for a Victualer’s License for The View, 88 Pepperrell Road.
• To approve an application from The View at Pepperrell Cove LLC, 88 Pepperrell Road, Kittery Point, ME 03905 for a Special Activity Amusement Permit for The View, 88 Pepperrell Road.
