TOWN OF KITTERY
PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE
The Kittery Town Council will hold a public hearing on Monday, March 26, 2018, at 6:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers, 200 Rogers Road, to consider the following:
- To approve an application from Lexie’s Seasonal, 56 Lincoln Street, Exeter, NH 03833 for a Victualer’s License for Lexie’s Burger Bus, 10 Shapleigh Road
- To approve an application from BNKittery LLC, 57 State Road, Kittery, ME 03904 for a Special Activity Amusement Permit for The Farm Bar & Grille, 57 State Road.
