NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
KITTERY PORT AUTHORITY
June 4, 2020 – 6:00 PM
Remote Meeting
The public may submit public comments for the Public Hearings via email, US Mail, or by dropping written comments in the Drop Box outside the Town Hall entrance. Emailed comments should be sent to TownComments@kitteryme.org.
Comments received by noon on the day of the meeting will be read into the record by the KPA Chair.
The Kittery Port Authority moves to hold public hearings on Thursday, June 4, 2020 at 6:00 p.m. to consider the following:
- Application of Christopher Eckel Trust 3 Knight Ave, Kittery, ME 03904 (Map 4, Lot 70) for the reconstruction of an existing shed constructed on piers. Agent: Rykerson Architecture.
- Application of Shelley Tamis, 14 Goose Point, Kittery Point, ME 03905 (Map 34, Lot 14) for the construction of a seasonal prefab 4’x16’ dock.
