The Kittery Port Authority moves to hold a public hearing to make changes to the Kittery Port Authority Rules and Regulations as follows;

I. Harbor Use Regulations, section C. Anchorage

Addition of definitions; Anchorage Area and Anchoring

III. Moorings, section D. Annual Renewal of Mooring Site Permits

Appendix A, section B. Mooring Site Fees
