Invitation for Bids - Kittery Community Center Star Theater Floor Replacement

The Town of Kittery is currently accepting sealed bids for the Kittery Community Center Star Theater Floor Replacement. The intent and purpose of this Invitation for Bids (IFB) is to establish price agreements (labor and materials inclusive) for the replacement of the existing wooden flooring for the Star Theater at the Kittery Community Center, with comparable like flooring material.  A mandatory pre-bid conference will be held on Tuesday, December 10, 2019 at 9:00 AM at the STAR Theater, located at 120 Rogers Road, Kittery, ME 03904.

Each bid shall be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked with the bidder’s name and “Star Theater Floor Replacement” on the outside. Electronic format of bids will not be accepted.  The bid deadline is December 18, 2019 at 2:00 PM.

Unless otherwise specified, questions pertaining to general information regarding the project and/or interpretation of specifications during the bidding period shall be addressed only in writing. No questions will be answered in-person or via telephone. Questions shall be written and emailed to the following:
