Invitation to Bid - Generator Connection to Municipal Complex

The Town of Kittery is currently accepting sealed bids for the Generator Connection to Municipal Complex project. The intent and purpose of this Invitation for Bids (IFB) is to establish price agreements (labor and materials inclusive) for connecting an existing emergency generator to the Kittery Municipal Complex and ensuring that it performs correctly. An optional pre-bid conference will be held on June 26, 2018 at 10:00 AM at the Kittery Town Hall, located at 200 Rogers Road, Kittery, Maine 03904.

Each bid shall be submitted to Town Hall in a sealed envelope clearly marked with the bidder’s name and “GENERATOR CONNECTION TO MUNICIPAL COMPLEX” on the outside. Electronic format of bids will not be accepted. Responses received will be opened on Thursday, July 12, 2018 at 2:00 PM at Town Hall.

Unless otherwise specified, questions pertaining to general information regarding the project and/or interpretation of specifications during the bidding period shall be addressed only in writing. No questions will be answered in-person or via telephone.

Responses received after the submission deadline will not be accepted by the Town.
