Business Personal Property Inspections - 6/4/18 - 7/1/18

Lewis Gaudet and Christopher Natale, representatives of Real Estate Research Consultants, Inc (RRC) have been contracted by the Town of Kittery to perform a revaluation of all Business Personal Property in the Town as of April 1, 2018. The scope of the revaluation project includes a complete inspection of certain businesses in order to list all taxable Personal Property in accordance with 36 M.R.S. § 601. The representatives will carry proper identification in addition to the letter attached below. Inspections will be conducted between June 4, 2018 and July 1, 2018.

For this inspection, all new and existing businesses located on the following streets will be visited:

• Government St
• Hunter Ave
• Island Ave
• Knight Ave
• Newmarch St
• Old Post Rd
• Page Street
• Ranger Dr
• Shapleigh Rd
• State Rd
• Stevenson Road
• US Route 1
• US Route 1 Bypass
• Water St
