Public hearings by the Kittery Board of Appeals will be held at the Kittery Town Hall on Tuesday evening, June 28, 2011, at 7:00 p.m. to hear the following appeals to the terms of the Kittery Land Use and Development Code Zoning Ordinances:
Stephen A. Hynes Trustee and Jake Hodgdon for Yankee Mobile Home Parks requesting a Miscellaneous Variation Request to the terms of Title 16, Section Page 8.12.3 D6 in order to replace a 14’x56’ mobile home on Site 93 with a new unit of identical dimensions. Located at 6 Cutts Road Site 93, Kittery, in the Mixed Use Zone. 60-21-93-11-6
Richard Bertaska and Gail Spaien requesting a Miscellaneous Variation Request to the terms of Title 16, Chapter 3, Section 3.2.3D in order to demolish the existing garage and reconstruct with a connecting walkway. Located at 64 Chauncey Creek Road, Kittery Point, in the Kittery Point Village Zone. 45-74-11-7
Robert and Monique Connolly requesting a Miscellaneous Variation Request to the terms of Title 16, Chapter 3, Section 3.2.15D in order to demolish the existing 19’x20’ garage and to build a new 19’x24’ garage no closer to back property line. Located at 19 Traip Avenue, Kittery, in the Urban Residential Zone. 9-32-11-8
PLEASE NOTE: In accordance with 16.04.050.B1 of the Code, applicants must submit their packet of information at least 14 days ahead of the scheduled meeting. Other persons must make any submittals, with the exception of maps and photographs, at the Town Hall at least five days prior to the hearing date, or such submittals will be excluded from being admitted into evidence.
