NOTICE
TOWN OF KITTERY
Public hearings by the Kittery Zoning Board of Appeals will be held at the Kittery Town Hall on Tuesday evening, June 26, 2007, at 7:00 p.m. to hear the following appeals to the terms of the Kittery Land Use and Development Code Zoning Ordinances:
1. D. Scott Mangiafico requesting a Miscellaneous appeal to the terms of Title 16, Section 32, Subsections 490.K2 (page 310), 490.N2A (page 316), 490.N2B, (page 316), 490.N2F (page 317) of the Town of Kittery Land Use and Development Code Zoning Ordinance in order to construct a 14’ x 22’ Two floor addition, with a 7 ½ ‘ x 17 ½ ‘ covered back entrance porch connecting to existing wrap around covered porch. Also adding a 10’ x 11’ deck next to front stairway and a 7 ½ ‘ x 10’ railed deck centered above the existing front covered entryway porch, for property located at 7 Keene Terrace, Kittery,
zoned Urban Residential and within the Shoreland zone.
2. Thomas Greene requesting a miscellaneous appeal to the terms of Title 16, Section 12, Subsection 490.N.2 (page 388) of the Town of Kittery Land Use and Development Code Zoning Ordinance in order to build on existing foundation to expand entrance by forty (40) square feet, for property located at 24 Bayview Lane, Map 2, Lot 79, Kittery, zoned Suburban Residential and within the Shoreland zone.
PLEASE NOTE: In accordance with 16.04.050.B1 of the Code, applicants must submit their packet of information at least 14 days ahead of the scheduled meeting. Other persons must make any submittals, with the exception of maps and photographs, at the Town Hall at least five days prior to the hearing date, or such submittals will be excluded from being admitted into evidence.
