In 2002 Kittery Police Lt. Russ French (who was then a Sgt.) conducted a excersise of monumental proportions. It was called EVERY 15 MINUTES. This video was created with the assistance of the Traip Academy Students and faculty, the Kittery Fire Department and Chief Dave O'Brien, Kittery Chemical Awareness and Pricilla Guy, York District Court and other various business throughout Kittery. It captures the realism of an alcoholic related death and how it impacts the community, family and friends. It is about 30 minutes in length and the original video is available upon request.
