ITEM 3 – Amendment to an Approved Subdivision - Public Hearing/Final Review: Applicant proposes to merge existing lots 13-9 and 13-05-11 and 13-05-12 as an amendment to the approved Gateway Center subdivision.~ James Katsiaficas, Esq. for Irving Oil Corporation & MDOT, the applicants.~ 103 US Route 1 Bypass, Map 13, Lots 9, 5-11 and 5-12 in the Commercial-3 (C-3) Zoning District.
ITEM 4 – Amendment to an Approved Subdivision - Public Hearing/Final Review – Lewis Farm Conservation Subdivision. Proposal to change residences on lots #25-2, #25-3 and #25-7 from single-family to duplexes and adjust lot line. Located on Lewis Road in the Rural Residential (RR) Zoning District in Map 61 Lot 25-5. Owner is Lewis Farms, LLC; agent is Altus Engineering.
ITEM 5 – New Right of Way - Public Hearing/Preliminary Review: Megan Paine and Thomas Woodard, Owners of Lots 20 and 20A, respectively, propose to amend the easterly property line of Lot 20, split Lot 20A into two parcels, and create a new right of way; said properties located at 481 & 485 Haley Road and consisting of 0.92 and 11.0 acres, respectively; in the Rural Residential (RR) Zoning District; Map 42 Lot 20 and Map 42 Lot 20A. The owner’s agent is Easterly Surveying, Inc.
ITEM 6 – Amendment to an Approved Subdivision - Public Hearing/ Preliminary Review – Spruce Point Subdivision. Proposal to relocate subdivision lot line. Located at 7 and 9 Spruce Point Road in the Rural Residential (RR) Zoning District, Map 32 Lots 3 and 4. Owners are Amr Morry El-Badry, Nina Petrushova and Gary Kolanchick; agent is Ambit Engineering, Inc.
