REGULAR BUSINESS (6:20)
ITEM 1 – Workshop – Amendment of Planning Board By-laws
ITEM 2 – Public Comment - Public comment is welcomed on non-Agenda Planning Board matters. The Planning Board is a quasi-judicial board and issues regarding items on the Board's agendas are subject to comment only during the official review process. (7:20 - 7:30 PM)
ITEM 3 – 8-Lot Subdivision, a Major Subdivision - Preliminary Review/Scheduling a Public Hearing: KMB Builders, proposes to construct a residential subdivision consisting of 14.13 acres having access from Dennett Road and frontage on a proposed new right-of-way; located in the Suburban Residential (SR) Zoning Districts; Map 12 Lot 1. The owner’s agent is Anderson Livingston Engineering, Inc.
ITEM 4 – Minor Subdivision -Sketch Plan. - BJP, Corporation, Owner, proposes to create a 3-lot subdivision on Map 61 Lot 28, located at 450 US Route 1, consisting of 30 acres ± in the Mixed Use (MU) zoning district. The Owner's agent is Anderson Livingston Engineers, Inc
ITEM 5 – Kittery Travel Plaza, Amendment to Site Plan – Final Review continued: James Katsiaficas, Esq. for Irving Oil Corporation & MDOT, the applicants; and Howell’s Inc, the owners, propose to modify the existing truck stop and create a new MDOT Truck Safety Rest Area. The project location is 103 US Route 1 Bypass, Map 13 Lots 9, 5-11, and 5-12 in the Commercial-3 (C-3) Zoning District.
ITEM 6 – Kittery Eye Care Plenary Site Plan – Findings of Fact: - Sterling Real Estate, LLC, owner, proposes to construct an office building with 5,560 square feet footprint and approximately 12,0000 square feet of floor area situated on 1.12 acres at the NW corner of US Route 1 and Gorges Road in the Commercial (C) Zoning District and on Map 13 Lots 5-15. The developer is Stan Shapleigh, Kittery Eye One,
