2. Altus Engineering for Jim & Carla Spencer (Carl’s/Golden Harvest). Applicant proposes to enlarge and improve the parking lot and limit entrances. Map 3 Lots 147B & 147C zoned LB-1 and Shoreland Zone. (4:45-5:30 p.m.)
