4:30-5:30 p.m. – Creation of new “BP” Business Park Zone in an approximately 140 acre area west of I-95 between Rts. 236 and Dennett Road, as set forth in the Future Land Use Map of the Comprehensive Plan.
5:30-6:15 p.m. –Ordinance changes to address street frontage requirements, creation of back lots, waivers of street standards, review of rights-of-way, creation of new lots on substandard roads, etc.
6:15-7:00 pm Discussion of State DEP Mandated Zoning Map and Text Changes to Shoreland Zoning standards, required to be completed by July 2008.
