2. Discussion: PB bylaws, election of officers. Request for road name changes, Lewis Farm subdivision.
3. Presentation: Paul Schumacher, Roger Cole re: Mt. “A” to the Sea
4. Public Comment: (non-agenda Planning Board matters, 15 minutes)
5. Public Hearing: Rick Rossiter, CPW for the Town of Kittery. The Town is proposing to construct a multi sport practice field to be located at the corner of Picott Rd. and Litchfield Rd. on Town owned property. Map 46 Lot 6-A zoned Rural Residence.
6. Public Hearing: Kittery Commons, LLC. Applicant is proposing to construct a 46,000 square foot nursing facility and convalescent center to be located adjacent to U.S. Rt. #1 on Lewis Rd. Map 61 Lot 27, zoned Mixed Use and Rural Residence.
7. Sketch Plan: Tom Woodard for Megan Woodard. Applicant is proposing a 40-foot Right of Way to provide frontage for one proposed building lot in rear of parcel. Map 42 Lot 20-A, 485 Haley Rd., zoned Rural Residence.
8. Sketch Plan: ATTAR Eng., for DSS Land Holdings, LLC. Applicant is requesting review for a mixed-use development consisting of a hotel, retail stores, restaurants, convenience store on Rt. 1 and a residential subdivision on Adams Rd. Map 60 Lots 24, 24A zoned Mixed Use and Rural Residence.
9. Preliminary Plan / Scheduling Hearing: Easterly Surveying for Ed and Windy Burns, 46 Pocahontas Rd. Applicant is requesting review and approval for a right of way to provide frontage for an existing dwelling unit. Map 51 Lot 7 zoned Resource Protection w/ Shore land Overlay.
