Attending: Jodi Castallo (MtA2C), Ernie Evancic, Megan Kline, Jon Carter, CityplaceDuncan McEachern (town lawyer), Mary Ann Conroy(Director of Public Works)
Old Business
1. Minutes of the April 14th meeting approved
2. Meet with Public Works about right-a-way signage
a. One person will go with Mary Ann to show her where the signs need to be put. Action item: Jon will contact Craig to see if he is available
b. Signs will be put up at:

c. Public works can create a map showing public access right-a-ways
d. Need to come up with something to designate the easement on PlaceNameplaceBadger PlaceTypeIsland, work with the planner on this issue
3. Annual report – will wait for June meeting and June council meeting. Action item: Craig will present report at June meeting.

a. There is a presumption that the town owns it
b. You can’t have a land locked piece of land with out a right a way out of necessity
c. When was this a part of a larger piece, establish when it had a access by looking back over the deeds
d. There would need to be deed, title work, and survey work to determine boundaries and ownership which would probably be a long involved process.
5. Gravel pit easement- will wait for June Council meeting to present the easement
