(120206-1) The Kittery Town Council moves to hold a public hearing on the renewal application from Timothy Zimmerman of 122 Haley Road, for a Taxicab Business License for Kittery Cab Co.

a. (120206-2) The Kittery Town Council moves to accept a donation, in the amount of $1961.46, from the Kittery fishermen for a new hoist at the Government Street dock.
b. (120206-3) The Kittery Town Council moves to accept the generous donation of Holiday and General Assistance goods from Citizens Bank.
c. (120206-4) The Kittery Town Council moves to consider/approve a request from Project Graduation 2007 to hold a voluntary toll booth at the Solid Waste Transfer Station between 9:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. on Saturday, January 6, 2007.
d. (120206-5) The Kittery Town Council moves to approve the disbursement warrants.
e. (120206-6) The Kittery Town Council moves to appoint a representative to meet with the Chairman of the Shellfish Conservation Committee to meet with Kenneth Lemont for his appointment to that Board for a three year term.
f. (120206-7) The Kittery Town Council moves to appoint a representative to meet with either Page Mead or Ken Fellows, Co-chairmen of the Parks Commission to interview MJ Blanchette, for her appointment to that board until May 3, 2009 (filling the un-expired term of Bob Flolid).
g. (120206-8) The Kittery Town Council moves to appoint a representative to meet with either Page Mead or Ken Fellows, Co-chairmen of the Parks Commission to interview Kristina Sullivan-DeMarco, for her appointment to that board until 5/3/07 (filling the un-expired term of Mary Oplinger).
h. (120206-9) The Kittery Town Council moves to approve an application for a pole location permit for Verizon New England Inc. and Central Maine Power Company to erect and maintain poles and structures, with wires, cables, conduits and devices thereon, together with sustaining, strengthening and protecting fixtures along, across and under Gorges Road and Ranger Drive for two new poles, #2222/12-1L and #2222/12S (to provide service to the new Fire Station).
i. (120206-10) The Kittery Town Council moves to re-appoint Maryann Place as Registrar of Voters until 12/31/08.
j. (120206-11) The Kittery Town Council moves to re-appoint Heather Ross as Local Plumbing Inspector until 12/31/07.
k. (120206-12) The Kittery Town Council moves to re-appoint Jim Noël and Rochelle Bishop as Alternate Local Plumbing Inspectors until 12/31/07.
